Mortgage Loan Processor – Bilingual in both Spanish and English

The position is responsible for carrying out the administrative duties to review and document mortgage loan application files, ensuring all of the information is accurate and compliant, and to gather any and all related documents necessary to document a proper loan file. Candidates must have Mortgage Operations experience, be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and be comfortable speaking in both Spanish and English.

Real Estate Title Specialist
Real Estate Title Specialist for our Loan Acquisitions Department. The position is responsible for reviewing real estate titles and loan documents, preparing mortgage assignment documents, and coordinating the purchase of mortgage loans for our Loan Acquisitions Department. The ideal candidate is highly attentive to details and possesses a working knowledge of real estate titles, title insurance commitments and policies, mortgage loans and related legal documents. Two to three years’ experience working: as a paralegal for a real estate attorney; in a title insurance company; or in mortgage lending or acquisitions would be beneficial.

Accountant II
This position works closely with the Bank Controller and will be responsible for the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements and other financial reports, as well as compiling and analyzing financial information.

Accounting Specialist
Responsible for preparing and processing invoices for payment, maintaining accounts payable records, and processing payments and check deposits. Also responsible for daily check encoding, notices, and NSF returns. Other duties as assigned by Controller.
