Notifi Real-Time Alerts (formerly known as SecureAlerts) is now even better with more alert choices for stronger account security and alert availability within your Grand Bank mobile app*!

From loan changes to password changes, to transaction alerts, you choose alerts to help you know exactly what’s happening with your money and when it happens in real-time.

Notifi Real-Time Alerts are provided free*  to Grand Bank customers, and can help you spot signs of fraud, or suspicious activity quickly. The security of your financial accounts is our top priority, and we will continue to work hard to offer solutions to keep your accounts safe and secure.

Mobile Banking App. View your alerts everytime you log into your Grand Bank mobile app.

Text Messages. One of the easiest ways to receive Notifi Real-Time Alerts is through text messages delivered right to your cellular phone*.

Email. Receive email messages about your account activity.

Online Banking Center. View your alerts every time you log on to Online Banking.

Plus, a Do Not Disturb option allows you to choose when you receive alerts.

It only takes a second to set up alerts:
Within your Mobile App*:
1) Log into your Grand Bank mobile app* and select “Manage Alerts.”
2) Turn on “Push Notifications”.
3) Choose your alerts.
4) It’s that easy!

Within your Online Banking:
1) Follow this link to Online Banking and select “Manage Alerts” located on the “Accounts” screen.
2) Click each category in “Alert Options” to view the list of available alerts.
3) Select the Alerts you want to receive for each account. Then check how you would like to receive them and “Save.”

Yes. When setting up alerts go to the “Contact Options” tab, Choose “Do Not Disturb” and click “Set Up”. Any alerts generated between the “Start Time” and “End Time” that you define here will be held until that period ends.

Yes. You will need to enroll in either Online Banking or download our Mobile App to receive Notifi Alerts.

Absolutely. We recommend that all customers set-up Notifi Real-Time Alerts to monitor account activity. When you activate Notifi Alerts you’ll know exactly what’s happening with your money, and you can watch for suspicious activity in real-time.

Yes. Log on to Online Banking and go to the Sent Alerts screen. It displays a list of your alerts with the details. You can mark as read or delete past alerts from here. You can also view past alerts from our Mobile Banking app.

When enrolled for push notifications, a message will pop up on your mobile device anytime a specified Notifi Alerts threshold is met. You do not need to be logged in to receive the message. Push notifications look like text messages, but they only reach your device if our Mobile Banking App has been installed.

Sign into Online Banking and select “Manage Alerts” or go to “Manage Alerts” within the mobile app.

Within your Mobile App*:
1) Log into your Grand Bank mobile app* and select “Manage Alerts.”
2) Turn on “Push Notifications”.
3) Choose your alerts.
