On April 3, 2023, we will introduce our dynamic new logo design that reflects our bank's strength, stability, and modern banking capabilities. It is time for our visual identity to match our modern financial services. You will begin to notice the logo change in all our communications and online presence going forward.



Our mobile app.
Our redesigned mobile app will reflect our new logo and colors, and will be loaded with features to simplify banking for you, but; no worries your username and password will remain the same. You will not have to set up any of your previous notifications, bill pay accounts, automatic payments, or any other settings you already have in place.



Our website and email addresses.
We are excited to announce a redesigned website, new website URL, and email addresses. We are saying “goodbye” to .com and “hello” to Grand.bank. Why change from the current grandbankfsb.com? For your protection. Our new “.bank” domain provides you with an even more secure banking experience to help further reduce the risk of cyber threats. Also, it is short, sweet, and easy to remember! Our current grandbankfsb.com email addresses and website will forward to our new “.bank” but please go ahead and bookmark the new Grand.bank now.



Our Debit Card.
Over the next several months, we will change our payment network from VISA to Mastercard Debit Card to provide you with more benefits, such as ID Theft Protection, Zero Liability, Satisfaction Guarantee, and more! Even though we are switching to Mastercard, your financial relationship is still with Grand Bank, and we will not waiver our dedication to you.

No, your online banking credentials will stay the same.


No, when your mobile app updates from the app store, the new logo will automatically appear on the app icon along with new branding inside the app.

Nope! Your account number and routing number will still be the same.

Nope! You do not need to make any changes to your automatic payments, because your account number and routing number will stay the same.

Yes, until you receive your new Mastercard debit card in the mail. When you receive your new Mastercard debit card, you will need to activate it, which will automatically cancel your current VISA debit card.

Anyone can purchase a “.com” domain name, but “.bank” is a gated domain, like .gov or .edu that is only available to verified banks. It’s our way of adding additional security to your online banking experience.

All banks are verified and authenticated by fTLD Registry Services, LLC, which is the .bank domain administrator, before the .bank domain can be registered, and the domain is re-verified annually thereafter. This helps to ensure that everyone using a .bank domain is an eligible bank. All banks within the .bank domain must implement additional safeguards to help secure their sites and email accounts, which are monitored for compliance on an ongoing basis.

Our email addresses and website URL are all switching to grand.bank. Beginning April 3rd, you should notice the domain name change – but no worries. Our former .com email addresses will forward to our new .bank email addresses, and our .com website will redirect to our new .bank site. Over time, you should update your address book and bookmarks for our site.
